DN400mm Stainless steel or Carbon steel closures for internal pressure testing of PVC PE pipes
Working principle:
DN400mm Stainless steel or Carbon steel closures for internal pressure testing of PVC PE pipes are used to seal the testing pipes. High temperature resistant silicone seal rings embedded in the stainless steel or carbon steel closures seal groove, the closures metal rings press the silicone seal rings.
The O-ring is squeezed out of shape to seal.
Structural composition:
It consist of semi circular base, O type silicone rubber seal ring, pressure ring , fastening clamp, fastening bolts, compression bolts and vent valve.
Application:
The closures usually used to seal PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS, composite pipe samples for hydrostatic test, bursting test, negative pressure test, etc.
Fixture structure:
Half round pot form,easy for installation , no leakage, convenient operation.
Different diameter can be selected according to customers’ requirement, the material is 304# stainless steel or carbon steel
