1.Structural feature
This equipment is according to the United States API 16C Kill and choke system design and manufacturing standards.
Kill manifold has a pipeline connect with the mud pump, At the same time there is a open flow main pipeline. The main parts including:check valve, parallel gate valve, screw thread flange, drilling spool, anti-knock pressure guage, under bed.
The bypass export pipeline of the choke manifold can connect with the gas-liquid separator, at the same time, there is a open flow main pipeline. The main parts including: manual choke valve(hydraulic choke valve),parallel gate valve, anti-knock pressure gauge, tee, drilling spool, five way tee, separator tube and so on.
According to the structure, choke and kill manifold including: single wing and double wings, lifting type and vertical type；According to the control type: manual and hydraulic.
Hydraulic choke manifold control system including: choke manifold control box, pressure transducer, valve position transmitter.
Choke and kill manifold pressure testing accord with the API 16C standard code requirement,the outside connection type of the manifold is flange connection, convenient installation, the valve switch small torque,manifold complete functions,easy operation,can meet with the various operating requirement in the oil site.
