904L stainless steel is as super austenitic stainless steel, is a highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel which contain a very low carbon element, it has good corrosion resistance in dilute sulphuric acid, it‘s designed and used for corrosion in harsh environmental conditions. With high chromium content and adequate content of nickel, adding of coppe makes it have strong acid resistant ability, especially having high resistance to chloride crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, it’s not prone to pitting and cracking, it has very good machinability and weldability, can be used for pressure vessel.
