Product Overview
Low smoke, fire retardant, halogen-free fire cables with copper conductors rated at 0.6/1kV. These cables comply with BS:6724 and BS:7211 standards and are designed for enhanced safety in critical environments.
Construction Details
Conductor
Plain circular or sector stranded copper conductors per IEC:228 class 1 and 2 specifications.
Insulation
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation rated for 90°C operation.
Assembly
Available in two, three, or four insulated core configurations assembled together.
Inner Sheath
Halogen-free compound inner sheath applied over insulation in single core cables, and over assembled cores in multicore cables.
Armour
Single core cables feature aluminium wire armour, while multicore cables use galvanised round steel wire armour applied helically over the inner sheath.
Outer Sheath
LSF-FR-HF compound sheath in standard black color.
