Splice tape is using tissue paper as backing material and coated with improved solvent acrylic adhesive. It has various thicknesses from 90 micron to 400 micron. The splice tape is with excellent performances such as good anti-rebounding, anti-warping and high heat resistance. It is suitable for bonding various kinds of backing materials, camber surfaces.
Feature
Splice tape offers 30 percent more tack than the market standard to create the most reliable contact between the new and expiring web during splicing.
Our newly designed adhesive remains largely unaffected by high temperature in the environment,flying splice tape always performs at the same high level.
The new HX-81 Splice tape family offers an 20-month shelf life (50 percent longer durability compared to the market standard) without loss of performance.
