‌Installation Guide for Automotive Air Conditioning Compressor‌

1.‌Preparation‌: Before starting, ensure the engine and other systems are functioning properly. Wear protective gloves and glasses for safety.

2.‌Discharge Refrigerant‌: Safely discharge the refrigerant from the compressor and collect it in a sealed container. Keep away from work areas to prevent inhalation.

3.‌Disconnect Power & Remove Pipes‌: Disconnect power supply. Remove high and low-pressure pipes, sealing nozzles to prevent debris entry.

4.‌Detach Compressor‌: Disconnect the electromagnetic clutch wire, loosen compressor bolts with a special tool, and remove the V-belt.

5.‌Install Compressor‌: Align the clutch pulley with the engine pulley. Maintain gaps: 20mm between condenser and fan, 15mm between compressor parts. Replace O-rings on pipes to prevent leaks.

6.‌Tighten & Check‌: Use specified tools and torque to tighten all fasteners. Check for leaks in the engine oil and cooling systems.
