General Instruction:
Curtain wall with high strength expanded aluminum honeycomb core board is mainly made of high-quality 3003H24 alloy aluminum plate or 5052AH14 high-manganese alloy aluminum plate as the substrate, the thickness of the plate is 0.8~1.5mm, pvdf roll-coated plate or color-resistant paint, and the core material is made of high-strength expanded aluminum honeycomb core board, aluminum honeycomb panel curtain wall has been widely used in high-rise building exterior wall decoration due to its advantages of light weight, high strength and high rigidity.

Advantages:

Expanded dimensions L ≤ 600mm and W ≤ 600mm, available in any thickness, any quantity, with a minimum thickness of 1.8mm.

Other sizes are available, with honeycomb cores up to 1800mm in the W direction and up to 1200mm in the L direction.
3). Tolerance:
The thickness of the cutting bar is ±0.2mm
4). Surface
No special treatment, no oil, no burr (if the product color is black, it can be used for electrophoresis)

6). Package
The wooden box is packaged, and the unfolded blocks are separated by kraft paper or foam between each piece to prevent the cell from being deformed during transportation and the cell of the honeycomb is deformed or the aluminum foil is broken to affect the final use.
