The perforated aluminum honeycomb sandwich composite structure has been widely used in anti-static composite flooring due to its light weight, good rigidity and excellent fatigue resistance. The surface of the anti-static composite floor is coated with high wear-resistant fireproof high-pressure laminate (HPL) or PVC conductive floor tiles, marble, and the like. The system consists of a floor, beams and supports. The floor is suitable for telecommunications, power electronics, microelectronics, medical and other industries, such as program-controlled computer room, computer room, power dispatching room, cleaning and purification plant, etc., which needs purification and anti-static, the most high-grade products in anti-static floor. The beam and its height-adjustable support are screwed into the stable lower support system and the floor is embedded in a square surrounded by the beam. Aluminum flooring has high recycling value and refurbishment and reuse value. In general, the smaller the side length of the honeycomb, the greater the density of the honeycomb and the greater the strength. A 6 mm side aluminum honeycomb core is sufficient for the strength of the floor.

General Instruction:
Aluminum honeycomb core is made of aluminum foil which is bonded by special high strength and environment-friendly glue. The performance of the aluminum honeycomb core is determined by aluminum foil, joint glue and the specification of the core.
1. Aluminum foil
3003H24/5052H18 grade aluminum alloy foil with the surface special treated has been used for producing the core.
2. Glue
Modified epoxy glue for high temperature cure process can provide not only sufficient bonding strength, but also environmental protection and high or low temperature resistance properties. The joint strength of aluminum honeycomb core is the keypoint of evaluating its performance, whose minimum requirement should be more than 2.0N/mm.
