The functions of automatic pin insertion, automatic expanding and automatic reset of needle distance can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce labor cost and realize the purpose of automatic control of working process.

The equipment is composed of rack assembly, automatic pin assembly, automatic expanding power assembly, electrical control system, etc.

The rack assembly is welded of carbon steel square tube with strong and firm structure;

Automatic pin inserting assembly: it is composed of two pin inserting parts, each group has 15 pin inserting cylinders with narrow intervals, greatly increasing the expanding width of aluminum honeycomb panel and reducing the production cost;

Automatic expanding power: driven by servo planetary reducer and synchronous belt, with high precision and smooth movement.

The expanding speed can be adjusted by setting parameters on the touch screen, and the aluminum honeycomb of different specifications can be automatically drawn, and the operation is convenient and the structure is simple.
