Floating Seals
Floating Seals, also known as Lifetime Seals, Mechanical Face Seals, Duo Cone Seals, Heavy Duty Seals, and Toric Seals, are engineered with dynamic sealing technology for demanding applications. These seals provide superior sealing solutions for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mining machinery, tunnel boring, drive mechanics for tracked vehicles, concrete and cement mixers, and other construction vehicles where conventional seals lack the required durability.
Floating oil seals are dynamic seals that deliver exceptional sealing performance in harsh working environments such as coal powder, silt, and moisture. As compact mechanical seals, they are primarily used in low-speed, heavy-duty applications. The floating oil seal features a simple structure with excellent wear resistance, vibration resistance, stain resistance, turbulence resistance, impact resistance, and swing resistance. These seals offer stable and reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance. They are commonly referred to as double cone oil seals, permanent seals, or metal face seals.
