I. Summary

HG60 high frequency straight weld pipe production line is used to manufacture weld steel pipe of Φ20mm-Φ60mm with 1.2mm-3.0mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

Scroll up → Uncoil → Cutting head, tail → Strip Steel Head-tail Butt Welding → Spiral Accumulator → Forming → H.F. Welding → Zinc Spray → Removing External Burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Output Roll Table → Pipe End Facing and Chamfering Machine → Checking & Collecting → Binding → Weighing → Marking → Accessing Warehouse
