Surface treatment	G- hot dip galvanizing (G is usually omitted); P-painting; U-untreated
Pitch of bearing bars	15-30mm, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 90mm etc. with 30, 40mm recommended.
Pitch of cross bars	30, 38, 50, 76, 100mm etc. with 50, 100mm recommended.
shape of bearing bar	F-plain surface (F is usually can be omitted); S-serrated surface; I-the section is of "I" type.
Packing	1) LCL(less than one container load): packed with plastic film then on the pallet 2) FCL(full container load): nude packing 3) Other special package :according to customers' requirements.
MOQ	Min trial order 25 ton each thickness, 1x20' per delivery.
Payment	30% despoit in advance,70% after recepit of B/L copy.100% L/C is available.

bars into load-bearing bars of various thicknesses and depths.

The result is a product of one-piece construction that complies with AS1657-2013.
The press welded galvanized steel grating/grille/grate is made of load flat steel bar and cross bar, placed horizontally and
vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting,
punching and banding ends.
