Flat wire conveyor belt, constructed of cross rods and flat metal strips, are made out of thousands of metal "U" shapes that are riveted together. They are best for situations that require a solid, flat surface that promotes maximum air circulation. Excellent fluid drainage as well as ease of cleaning. Meanwhile, they are easy to maintain just replacing the section that is damaged or worn down. They are used in some of the following applications: food processing, canning, baking, freezing, agricultural applications, as well as Parts washing, drying, cleaning, painting, transferring; also used as matting and drag mats.
