Double Twisted Wire Mesh
Manufactured by twisting continuous pairs of wires through three one-half turns to form hexagonal-shaped openings that interconnect with adjacent wires, creating a durable and flexible structure.
Corrosion Protection
- Soft annealed mild steel wire with heavy zinc coating per EN 10244/ASTM A641
- Optional 0.5mm thick UV-stabilized PVC coating for aggressive environments
- Galfan coating (Zn-5%Al-MM) available for enhanced corrosion resistance
Reinforcement Features
- Selvedge/edge wire provides greater rigidity and structural integrity
- Transverse diaphragms minimize stone migration and maintain original shape
