Product Overview
Powder coated wire mesh fence panels, also known as perimeter coated welded wire fence steel, provide durable fencing solutions for industrial, agricultural, commercial, and construction applications. These panels offer excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection.
Manufacturing Process
Our fence panels are manufactured using high-quality galvanized steel wire through electric resistance welding, followed by PVC coating application via high-temperature furnace processing or electrostatic spraying to enhance corrosion resistance.
Coating Technologies
We employ two coating methods:
- Powder Immersion: Panels are heated and immersed in powder, then heated to higher temperatures to fuse PVC coating (0.3-0.5mm thickness)
- Electrostatic Spraying: Powder is sprayed onto mesh at normal temperature using electrostatic equipment (0.1-0.2mm thickness)
Color Options
Standard PVC colors include dark green (RAL 6005), black (RAL 9005), and white (RAL 9010). Custom colors are available upon request.
