Trommel Screens

Rubber Screening Panels

Qijie - Rubber panels are available in a range of modular sizes. We can also custom make panels to suit many unique screening applications with range of dur meter hardness's down to 30 shore A with a special formulated compound designed for difficult screening applications.

Self-cleaning rubber screens can reduce blinding and pegging problems when materials are sticky- has a high moisture content, or high percentage of near sized materials.

When installed in a vibrating (shaker) screen, the flexibility of Qijie rubber screens present a lively surface with amplitude greater than the stroke of the machine. This action, combined with specially designed tapered openings, makes the screens self-cleaning. Fines don't build up on the surface, and rejected particles are thrown out the openings.
