Manganese Steel Double Woven Wire Screen, also known as 65Mn Steel Woven Wire Cloth, features a double crimped plain weave construction where both warp and weft wires are woven directly from straight wire. This rigid structure provides evenly crimped wires in both directions, creating a tight mesh with optimum bending strength and excellent stability.

Installation Method
The screen is installed using tensioning metallic bars into a separator over different types of hook strips, further secured with side bars and wedges, and can be fastened into a frame for secure mounting.
Edge Types Available
Plain Hooked Edge
Without reinforcing, edges are annealed before forming to eliminate cracking and breakage. Technical data: R≥6, a=60°, H≥35mm. Recommended for wire diameter above 6mm.
Inside Reinforced Formed Edge
Utilized for screen mesh wire diameter 4mm or less than 6mm. Technical data: a=60°, H=25mm, L=25mm.
Reinforced Shroud Banded Edge
Standard on screens up to 6.0mm wire diameter. Standard shrouding is 16 gauge with other thicknesses available on request. Technical data: a=45° or 60°.

Polyurethane Vibrating Screen Mesh
Special structure with metal steel wire inside and polyurethane surface outside, providing excellent wear resistance and extended service life.
Piano Wire Screen
Simple structure formed by longitudinal wires fixed into metal or plastic sliding bars, offering maximum open area for screening wet, sticky materials.
Self-Cleaning Screen Mesh
Available in W, D, and H mesh types with self-cleaning ability to reduce blinding and plugging.
