1. Description:

Stainless steel Reverse Dutch Weave means the reverse of the Plain Dutch Weave. Manufactured using warp and weft wires with different wire thickness, the warp wire are thiner than weft wire.
By varying the combination of weft and warp wires, filtering openings from 14 to 100 microns can be available
crossing surface of 30-40%, the maximum yield in similar conditions.

Wide: We do at most 1m. any custom size within it would be acceptable.
Materials : S.S 304 &316 are the most popular materials.

Micron wire mesh usually refers to fine opening mesh cloth made with thin wire and precise apertures. We supply two types of micron filter mesh: woven wire micron mesh and sintered micron mesh.

Micron stainless steel wire mesh is a surface-filter type media. It is made by weaving specific wire in predetermined patterns to form apertures of different shapes and sizes. Plain square, twilled square, plain dutch, and twilled dutch are common weave patterns available.

Muti-layers micron metal mesh is sintered by two or more layers(2~12layers) of stainless steel wire mesh, which are compressed and sintered together in vacuum. Its micron rating ranges from 0.5micron to 300micron.

Properties: acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, tension and abrasion resistance, good filtration precision and high load strength.

USE: Stainless steel mesh is widely used in aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research and transportation, etc, used in acid, alkali environment conditions screening and filter, oil industry as mud mesh, chemical fiber industry as screen mesh, plating industry as pickling nets

The warp wire (D1) : all longitudinal braided lines.

The weft wire (D2) : all horizontal weaving lines.

Aperture (L1 and L2) : the distance between two meridians or two weft.

Mesh number:number of mesh holes per inch.

Thickness (T) : thickness of the net.
