Razor wire flat wrap coils are made of high tensile razor wire, clapped into a flat panel formation.

Flat wrap razor wire is fabricated by using single strand razor wire which is then clipped to create flat sheet in vertical direction. The flat wrap coil can be used to upgrade any existing fence or brick wall, which is an ideal alternative to common concertina razor wire where high security is required but with space restriction.

Installation Forms

• Flat wrap coils can be used in the following forms:

• Installed against the existing smooth wire mesh fence;

• Fitted to the welded mesh fence;

• Fitted by overlapping the fence mesh;

• Installed to the brick wall directly.

Hot-dipped galvanized zinc coating grade:
Grade C: Wire 60-80g/m2 Blade:60-80g/m2
Grade B: Wire 80-120g/m2 Blade:100-150g/m2
Grade A: Wire 160-200g/m2 Blade:230-270g/m2
