PVC Coated And Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Fence Panels
As all know, the welded wire mesh can be divided into welded mesh rolls and welded wire mesh panels. The welded wire mesh rolls are widely used for garden fencing, plaster mesh.
The welded wire mesh panel has thicker wire diameter and larger opening sizes for high security applications, such as prison fencing, factory fencing and other site security fencing.
The welded wire mesh panel is made of low carbon steel with galvanized or PVC coating surface and stainless steel wires. Both of them has excellent corrosion resistance performance and durable life.
8ft x 4ft Galvanised welded wire mesh panel with 75mm x 75mm (3" x 3") square mesh holes, manufactured from a 2.5mm dia. (12 gauge) steel wire. Galvanized welded wire mesh panels are used for security cages, garden fencing, industrial applications, building and construction. Manufactured from high quality 2.5mm dia. (12 gauge) thick steel wire. The galvanised steel flat mesh sheets are hot-dipped galvanised after the welding process. Galvanisation is an anti-corrosion treatment which will stop rust forming and protects the steel under a zinc coating.
Surface Treatment of Weld Mesh Panels and Rolls
The surface treatment of welded mesh panels and rolls generally has the following types:

Galvanized: only used for carbon steel to prevent rust or corrosion of materials and increase service life.

PVC coating: used for carbon steel to prevent corrosion or rusting of materials and increase aesthetics.

Copper, brass or titanium plating: increase corrosion resistance or decoration.
