Sliding horse stall doors are a popular option for many horse barns. Since sliding doors do not swing outward into the barn aisle they provide a major space saving advantage. For this reason, sliding horse stalls are ideal for busy facilities where multiple horses are frequently coming and going. There are many ways to customize sliding horse stall fronts. Horse stall doors can be designed very open, very closed, or a combination of both. Sliding stall fronts must be supported by an overhead track. Some people familiar with the traditional style horse stall door would argue these can become difficult to slide over time and are plagued with problems.
