The development of commercial uses such as riding schools, arenas, stud farms, racing or livery stables in rural areas will be carefully controlled. Following a period of consultation and useful feedback and input for which the authors are very grateful, the document has been updated in line with revised legislation, enhancements in good practices and developments in equipment that have improved safety protection.
