Application Of The Self Stick Insulation Pins:

 

1. Self stick insulation pins can only be stuck on clean, dry and smooth surface.
2. Remove any duct, loose paint, oil etc. Cleaning the surface is recommended.
3. Peel off the backing paper. 
4. Place the self stick insulation pins in the required position.

5. Press the base against the cleaning surface.

6. Impale the insulation over the point of the self stick insulation pins.

7. Secure the insulation with the self locking washers 

8. Bend or remove excess pins
