Hi, it's Cherry from Huihao Company, we are the manufacture of CD Weld Pins, CD Weld Pins are used for attaching fiberglass or rockwool insulation to various metal surfaces, with the use of a Capacitor Discharge Insulation Pin Welder. After the pin is welded in place, the insulation is impaled on the pin and secured with a self-locking washer.
We choose high standard stainless steel or copper coated steel, or aluminum alloy material to make CD Weld Pins, they are with good welding performance and easy to be bent.
