Introduction To The Metal Head Pins, Rock Wool Insulation Nails
The standard material for cupped head pins is low carbon steel. For special orders, the material is 18-8 stainless steel (also called Quilting pins).
For US and Canada markets:
- Standard washer diameter: 1.187" (30mm)
- Pin diameter: 12GA (2.7mm)
- Washer available with or without kraft paper
- Length options: 3/8" to 4-7/8"
For EU countries:
- Washer diameter: 30mm or 38mm
- Pin diameter: 12GA (2.7mm) and 14GA (2.0mm)
- Washer available with or without kraft paper
- Pin available with or without plastic sleeve
- Length options: 9.5mm to 140mm
- Special lengths available upon request
