what is Plastic Insulation Anchor Pins?
plastic Insulation anchor pins is a special engineering plastic expansion nail that fixes the insulation board to the wall. Insulation nails are special anchors for exterior wall insulation, which are widely used in building decoration and anchoring of wall insulation houses. It consists of galvanized screws, nylon risers and fixed discs.
According to the thickness of the insulation layer, it is divided into various specifications:
The plastic insulation anchor pins consists of three parts: one is a sleeve made of nylon; the other is a galvanized steel screw in the plug sleeve; and the third is a nylon disc in front of the sleeve (for gland insulation board). Its length varies depending on the thickness of the insulation board.

The new standard 158-2004 has also been implemented. The new standard :

2.Thermal conductivity >0.004
3.Anchoring the outer disk of the nail >56MM.
4.The disc anchor has a nominal diameter of not less than 60 mm and a tolerance of 1.0 mm. The nominal diameter of the expansion sleeve shall not be less than 8 mm and the tolerance shall be ± 0.5 mm.
5. Standard value of anchorage capacity of anchor bolt: standard value of tensile load capacity of anchor bolt Fk≥0.60
6. Anchor bolt disc tensile force standard value: disc pullout standard value Frk≥0.50

There is no cold bridge in winter, which is energy efficient. According to the wall material and the material of the anchored external wall, it is roughly divided into solid wall insulation nails, special insulation nails for hollow bricks, special insulation nails for steel mesh and large molds.
