Product Description of insulation anchor pins

Perforated Insulation anchor pins are used to attach insulation with the use of General

Purpose Adhesive. It is specially formulated to bond to metal, masonry and other sound

substrates. Surfaces must be clean and dry before adhesive is applied. Some protective

coatings are not compatible with adhesives and it is recommended that the user make

test bonds before proceeding with the application.After the hanger is installed, insulation

is imapled over the spindle and secured with a self-locking washer.

Specification of perforated insulation hangers

Recommended assembly method:

1.Work surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter.
2.Remove the protective release paper taking care not to touch the adhesive.
3.Place the hanger in the required position and press the base against the surface to be insulated
4.Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening clips but maximum

strength of adherence is achieved after 24 hours
