Solar panels aluminum J clips are designed to fasten the critter guard mesh to solar panels without any intrusions or damage, then the mesh could keep the birds away from the solar panels. The aluminum clips include J hook and washer.
The J hook is in aluminum material. The aluminum wire is after annealing, making it soft and easy to bend. Surface treatment is by phosphating.
The washer is made by aluminum alloy, hard enough and will not deform easily. Surface is coated with a proprietary black paint that resists fading from UV exposure.

- Slide the speed washer onto the shaft of the clip assembly until snug.
- Tighten speed washer to panel edge to immobilize the mesh.
- Cut off the clip assembly rod flush with the exterior of the speed washer by cutter.
