1. Prepare the insulation blanket or removable cover
2. Press the lacing anchor through the insulation
3. Press the self-locking washer into the pin to fasten the insulation
4. Bend over or clip off the pin
5. Install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6. Lace the hook with lacing tie to secure the insulation
