Product Introduction

ODEX tool is a three-piece assembly including pilot bit, reamer and guide device

When drilling begins, the ODEX reamer swings out and drills a hole wide enough for the casing tube to slide down behind the reamer

when required depth is reached, reverse rotating direction, the reamer will swing in which allows the ODEX assembly to be passed through and pulled out of the casing

Application Range

1.when drilling begins, central bit drive ring bit down to the hole bottom, meanwhile, the casing shoe and casing tube is pushed and pulled down

2.when arriving bedrock, reversely rotate the drill engine and central bit is pulled out from the hole

3.by using cement grout or other agglutinant, casing tube can be fixed at the bottom of the hole or casing tube can be pulled out directly

4.change to normal drill tools for continuous drilling until the required depth is reached
