Introduction:

The machine is divided into 4 parts:bottle washing, filling,crown capping,ring-pull capping

Bottle washing - The clamps hold the bottle neck and turn bottles along the guide rail.

Filling - Clean bottles enter the pulp filling position. The empty bottles will be rised to start to filling along

the rail.

Capping - When bottles enter capping position the sensor will send the signal and the caps will be fed by

air cylinder. The capping process will begin.

Features:

1. This type machine is mainly used in filling and packing juice, tea, wine, soy, stc. It is suitable for

PET,glass bottle.

2. The PET bottle with screw capping way, it can be equipped with aluminum cap and plastic cap.

3. The machine contains flushing, filling and capping three functions together in one.

4. It runs automatic bt advanced PLC controller with HMI touch screen.

5. The conveyor runs bt frequency changer, it synchronous with the host inverter makes bottle feeding

more stable and reliable.

6. Reliable photoelectric detection, high-efficiency fully automatic production, simple operation.
