Brief introduction

Model:CGF8-8-3 ; Capacity:3000bottleds per hour,  your bottle volume can't larger than 1L

1. It is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcohol, tea drink and other non-

gas beverage.

2. It can finish all the process such as bottle rinsing, filling and sealing fast and stable in one unit.

3. It can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production

capacity and economic efficiency.

4. Rinsing parts: Revolved type bottle washing machine,mainly used to wash bottles for mineral water

and other beverage.New bottles go into the machine through bottle dividing pole.Bottles are held by clips

and turned over onto washing heads.After washing,drain water,bottles go into filling parts by star

wheel.There is a water tray on the washing machine for water recycle.

5. Filling parts:Filling machine adopts German technology,produced by ourselves,obey to normal

pressure filling principle.Float ball control the liquid level,making filling steady.It adopts double guide pole

structure.

6. Capping parts:Capping machine drives revolved plate by gear.Caps go out of the cap storage by

centrifugal effect.At the cap output,there is cap divider.The sensor inspects the quantity,the machine will

stop when no caps.
