INSTRUCTION

This machine is for CSD drink production, it integrates rinser filler capper three functions in one unit,capacity is about 10000-12000BPH(500ml).

Washing Part

1) PET bottle running into the washing part by dividing starwheel, the bottle clamped by the clamp and the flip device and rotating to the bottle down, sterilizing water rinsing and drain. And then auto rotating to the bottle up, delivered to the filling part by the bottle out starwheel.

2) Main material and part contact with liquid all made of SUS304.

3) Open gear transmission.

4) Complete SUS304 clamp, easy to adjust; Less contact with the bottle area, effective to avoid the secondary pollution of bottle.

5) The washing equipped with the water drain pan to collect the rinsing water.

6) Rinsing consumption: 105ml/s per bottle (0.25Mpa).

Filling Part

Filling machine is the introduction of German technology in our country, use the isobaric filling principle to design and manufacture.

1) The filling valve uses pressure type mechanical valve, filling fast and sensitive, high precision.

2) Filling system use the block bottleneck entering technology, avoiding the bottle-mouth second pollution.

3) The main drive adopts gear drive which is open type composite transmission, high efficiency and lower noise.

4) Adopt inverter to control the machine's main motor speed, stepless frequency control of motor speed.

5) The machine adopts PLC automatic control, the online fault display, such as blocking bottles, such as lack of cover.

Capping Part

1) Magnetic constant torque screw capping machine, Screw cap effect is stable and reliable. Block defect rate ≤0.2% .

2) The cap unscrambler equipped with wrong cover device, if the cap is not in correct condition it will back to the unscrambler automaticly.

3) The cap unscrambler with sensor, it will automaticly feeding when there is no caps, and it will stop when the caps are full.
