Production Introduction
1.The filling machine is used in producing all kind contained with polyester bottle.
2.Washing.filling,sealing can be carried out on the same machine.
3.The advanced technology from Germany and Italy are employed.
4.The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged.
5. The bottle outlet starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain’s height.
6.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottly.
