The machine design is shorten the time for the drink material contact with outside, Increased the sanitation condition and throughout and economy benefit.

1. This type machine is mainly used in filling&packing pure water,mineral water,baverage,wine,no contains gas liquid etc,it is suitable for PET bottle.
2. The PET bottle with screw capping way, it can be equipped with iron cap,aluminum cap and plastic cap
3. The machine contains Flushing, Filling and Capping three functions together in one.
4. It runs automatic by advanced MITSUBISHI PLC controller with reliable HMI touch screem.
5. The conveyor runs by frequency changer, it synchronous with the host inverter makes bottle feeding more stable and reliable.
6. Reliable photoelectric detection, high-efficiency fully automatic production,simple operation.
7. The washing, filling and capping will be finished just by one machine. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology--bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.
8. Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. Main electronic components are all from famous international enterprises. All spare parts that may touch with water are made of high-quality stainless steel 304/316
