Brief introduction

• This product is a three-in-one filling machine, which integrates washing, filling and capping.
• Suitable for the production of glass bottled fruit juice, tea beverage, water and other non-gassy beverages.
• The output is 6000-10000 (500ml) bottles/hour, and the speed is adjustable.
• Normal temperature filling and hot filling can be selected.
• In the case of replacing bottle fittings, the flushing, filling and sealing can be applied to bottles of various sizes.
• All stainless steel 304 materials are used.6
• For glass bottles, screw feeding is used to convey the bottles, and the bottles are not extruded or exploded.
• The screwdriver cap adopts the screwdriver cap technology imported from France, and the cap cutter is installed at low position and sent horizontally.
• Host PLC and frequency converter are famous brands, such as Mitsubishi, Germany Siemens, etc.
