The 5 gallon or 3 gallon filler includes the washer, filler and capper for the production of 5&3 gallon 

barreled drinking water. The washing process include alkali liquid inside and outside washing by dirty remover. Inside and outside washing by disinfectant fluid, inside and outside washing by pure water, the alkali and disinfectant fluid can be used cyclically. The whole washing, filling and sealing process is controlled by PC, and has the safe device for interlock,signal and self-detection.
 

The whole unit is made of the stainless steel, meets the demands of food hygiene, with the feature of reasonable structure, easy in operation, exact action, its the ideal equipment for the barreled water.

Mostly electric components are adopt Siemens, OMRON etc famous company. Electric component adopt import Air TAC famous brand product. The rinsing process includes 12 passes of procedures: 1. Pre-rinsing; 2. and 3. Rinsing with alkali liquor;
4. Dripping water; 5. and 6. Rinsing with water; 7. Dripping water; 8. and 9. Disinfectant solution; 10.
And 11. Finished water; 12. Dripping water.

Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.
