Automatic Pure Water Bottling Rinser Filler Capper RFC Machine Plant Project
This machine is used to produce bottled water, combine rinser filler capper in one unit. The machine has many models, available capacity is from 2000 bottles per hour to 30000BPH, suitable bottle 250-2000ml. Only change some changeovers the machine can suit different size bottle. It can fill minerial water, flavor water, juice and other still beverage.
rinser
(1) Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with Bottle dial;
(2) All 304 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean;
(3) 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing;
(4) 304 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.
(5) Efficient spray nozzle rinse thoroughly and save water for flushing.
Filler
(1) 304 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle;
(2) Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling;
(3) All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean;
(4) 304 stainless steel filling pump;
Controlled by PLC, use Nanfang China top quality pump, all other components are from famous brand.
