Description

• CGF series bottled water filling machine line is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml.
• Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000BPH to 36000BPH.
• The machine combines washing,filling and capping three function in a body, the whole process is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling mineral water and pure water.
• Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed is faster and more stable, so with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.
• The machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control the machine to run automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and reliable.
• The photoelectric sensor detect all part running state, with high degree of automation, easy operation.

Technial parameter

Washing Part

1). The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.

2). Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. Bottle clip is made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.

3). Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.

4). Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.

5). Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

Filling parts

1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.

2). The rotating disk and Filling valve are all made of SUS304 stainless.

3). Filling method is gravity filling.

1) Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
