Working principle:

The machine adopts the principle of normal pressure filling. When the empty can enters the lifting tray through the wheel puller, the filling valve and the empty cans are aligned, the empty tank is lifted and sealed, and the valve port of the filling valve is opened automatically.Stop filling when the filling liquid level blocks the gas return pipe orifice of the valve.The filled can is sent to the sealing machine head through the hook chain, and the cover is sent to the can mouth through the cap feeder. When the can supporting mechanism is raised, the pressure head presses the can mouth, and the sealing wheel is pre sealed and sealed. After the jar is sealed, it is pushed out by the can beating mechanism to complete the filling and sealing process.

Attention Points:

1. Installation location: horizontal without vibration

2. The equipment shell must be connected with safe and reliable protective ground wire

3. Keep away from or shield large interference

4. When the equipment is working, it should be in the purification workshop

5. Do not hit or press heavily

6. Before and after operation, check whether the screws in each part of the equipment are loose

7. The power supply of the machine must be cut off when repairing and cleaning the machine

8. When the electrical part fails, it is forbidden to repair it by non professional person

9. When the machine is running, People is forbidden to be close to the machine

10. When using compressed air, the air source must be stable and not less than 0.4MPa
