Here are some general guidelines for choosing sunglasses based on VLT percentages:

0–19% VLT: Ideal for bright, sunny conditions.

20–40% VLT: Good for all-purpose use.

40+% VLT: Best for overcast and low-light conditions.

80–90+% VLT: Virtually clear lenses for very dim and night conditions.

2) The coating 

Uncoating: It means no any other coating, only the true lenses.   Hard Coating: The uncoated lenses are easily subjicted and exposed to scratches, so the hard coating can help the lenses be destoried.   EMI Coating : It also called AR coating or hard multi coated/coating, means coat another anti-reflective coating on the hard coating . It can perfectly reduce harmful ray and enhance the vision effect..
