PP Melt Blown Nonwoven Fabric Spray Machine Meltblown Cloth Mould For Mask Making

 

Melt-blown nonwovens uses high-speed hot air flow to draw a thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the die orifice. Thus, ultra-fine fibers are formed and collected on a screen curtain or a roller, and at the same time, they are bonded to each other to form a melt-blown nonwoven fabric.

This spinneret plate for meltblown nonwoven fabric mask making machine. It is the high precision melt blown spinneret mold. The small drilled holes for polymer feeding are drilled by high precision CNC small hole EDM popping machine.

Melt-blown nonwoven fabric is made by entangling fibers while extruded material from the spinneret in the same time blowing hot air. The common application is face masks, industrial filters, etc.

 

Melt blown spinneret size:
Length 300mm and 270mm are available
Feeding hole: drilled with 0.2mm diameter electrode tube, finished diameter during 0.25-0.26mm.

 

Technical characteristics for melt-blown nonwovens mould:

1. Die head conventional model: 1.1M-1.6M, also can be customized according to customer's special requirements.
2. The diameter of the melt nozzle (spinner) is 0.2mm-0.3mm. The center distance of the spinneret holes is between 0.7mm-0.8mm.
3. Suitable for process temperature below 350, carbon fiber 330-350, PP, PET300
4. Suitable for general output of 30-50KG / hour, special requirements below 80KG / hour, can also be determined according to the production line configuration capacity.

 

Infected by COVID-19 epidemic, masks are very limited during the peek period, no matter the FFP3, FFP2, N95, KN95 KN90, surgical mask; medical mask, ordinary masks/respirator, all masks are lack.

Test Method: TSI 8130 @ 0.33 um, 60L/Min, DOP
Marks: This FFP serial product can reach to 99.8% filtration rate with the air resistance less 160Pa. The parameter is obviously better than European standard requirement, 99% filtration rate and 300Pa resistance. Same performance is shown in the standard of FFP1 and FFP2.

Marks: This N99 product can reach to 99.5% filtration rate with the air resistance less 95Pa. The parameter is obviously better than N99 standard requirement, 99% filtration rate and 120Pa resistance. Same performance is shown in the standard of N90, N99 and N100 products.
