Mould making, CNC machining, Plastics injection moulding, various metal surface treatment and customize, product design and hand-made sample.

Q3. How about the lead time?

Mould: 15-45 working days after you confirmed the drawing.

Mass production: 10-20 working day after confirmed sample.

Q4. How about your quality?

♦Our management and production executed strictly according to ISO9001:2008 quality System.

♦We will make the operation instruction once the sample is approval.

♦ We will 100% inspect the products before shipment.

♦If there is quality problem, we will supply the replacement by our shipping cost.

2.If you have no drawing, we can help you design the drawing base on your requirement.

Q6. How to get the quote ??

Please send your drawing(PDF,JPG,DXF,DWG,STEP,IGS,XT...) to us, and tell us the material,quantity,finish and so on, then we quote you within 12 hours.

Q7. What is your payment term?

Mould: 40% deposit with PO, 30% after T1 and 30% before shipment.

Plastic Parts: 50% deposit with PO, and 50% paid before shipment.
