4130 SR Wire Line Seamless Drill Pipes NQ HQ Drill Inner Tubes
4130 SR Wire Line Seamless Drill Tubes (NQ/HQ Drill Inner Pipes) are stress-relieved 4130 steel seamless tubes designed for wireline coring in geological exploration. Featuring high tensile strength (≥810 MPa) and toughness after heat treatment, they ensure durability in hard rock formations. Precision-machined with tight tolerances (OD ±0.15mm, straightness ≤0.5mm/m) and smooth inner surfaces (Ra ≤1.6μm), they minimize friction during wireline retrieval. Compatible with NQ (69.9mm OD) and HQ (88.9mm OD) core barrels, they offer robust thread connections (e.g., API standard) for secure assembly, optional nitriding coating for corrosion resistance, and reliability in deep-hole drilling up to 1500m. Ideal for mineral exploration and core sampling.
