Cold Drawn Precision Steel Tube (Geological Circular Steel Tube, XJY850 Material) is a high-strength circular steel tube engineered for geological drilling. Made from XJY850 alloy steel, it offers exceptional tensile strength (≥850 MPa) and wear resistance after quenching-tempering, ideal for abrasive rock formations. Precision cold drawing ensures tight tolerances (OD ±0.1mm, straightness ≤0.3mm/m) and a smooth inner surface (Ra ≤1.6μm), minimizing friction during drilling. Its circular design enhances load distribution, compatible with core barrels for deep-hole exploration (up to 2000m). Anti-corrosion coating (phosphate) boosts durability in harsh environments. Reliable for mineral sampling and geological surveys.
