E355 EN10305-2 Stress Relieved Welded Carbon Steel Tube Cold Drawn for Precision Applications

EN10305-2 welded cold drawn carbon steel tube for precision applications is manufactured through a rigorous process that ensures high strength, precise dimensions, and excellent surface finish. It adheres to strict quality standards for reliability in critical applications.

• +C Hard: No final treatment after final cold drawing.
• +LC Soft: Final heat treatment is followed by a suitable drawing pass (limited reduction of area).
• +SR Stress Relieved: After final cold drawing, the tubes are stress relieved in a controlled atmosphere.
• +A Annealed: After final cold drawing, the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
• +N Normalized: After final cold drawing, the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.

The cold rolled welded tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric resistance welded tube). During this process the sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), as well as weld integrity and surface finish is closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.
