GCr15 Precision Cold Drawn Seamless Bearing Steel Tube for Auto Parts

Bearing steel pipe is the seamless steel tube for hot rolling or cold rolling (cold drawing) for the manufacture of ordinary rolling bearing ring. The outer diameter of the steel tube is 25-180 mm, and the wall thickness is 3.5-20mm, which is divided into ordinary precision and high precision. Bearing steel is used for making ball bearings, roller bearings and bearing rings. Bearing is under great pressure and friction, so the bearing steel is required to have high and uniform hardness and wear resistance, and high elastic limit. On the uniformity of the chemical composition of bearing steel, the content and distribution of non-metallic inclusions are very demanding, the distribution of the carbide, etc, are all steel production in one of the most demanding steel grade.
