EN10305-2 34MnB5 Welded Steel Tube with Cold Drawn Technique and 285–360MPa Yield Strength for Hollow Stabilizer Bar
The 34MnB5 welded steel tube, conforming to EN10305-2 standards, is specifically engineered for hollow stabilizer bar production. This alloy combines manganese, boron, and carbon to deliver exceptional strength, hardness, and weldability. Designed for optimal performance under dynamic stress conditions, it is ideal for stabilizer bar applications where rigidity and durability are paramount.
Hollow Stabilizer Bar Tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric resistance welded tube). During this process, sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), weld integrity, and surface finish are closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.
