Our Advantages:
The VERA upright ventilated cake display cabinet is a self-contained commercial chiller charged with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, plug-and-play ready. It adopts ventilated cooling system to maintain even temperature inside. Equipped with triple glazed anti-fog front glass and LED lights under each shelf and on the top, it delivers excellent visibility for pastries.
Fitted with Dixell thermostat and self-evaporation water tray, it ensures precise temperature control and reduces daily maintenance. The base is available in stainless steel or marble, and various marble colours are optional. Multiple cabinet lengths are provided with two shelf configurations (2 or 3 glass shelves). Supporting multiple temperature classes, it is ideal for displaying cakes, mousse, sushi and ready food in bakeries and cafes.
