We have been making the upright glass door freezers since year 2013. We are well aware of that most of the problems on the glass door freezers are caused by the defrosting issue. We have well solved the defrosting issues from following aspects:

1. Ensure the freezer body is flat & smooth and glass door gasket is strong, so no leakage on the glass door. And all the holes on the freezer body are completely sealed.

2. Use the right power defrosting heater.

3. Install the defrosting water collection tray & water draining pipe with heating wires.

4. Evaporator fan motors are delayed to work after the defrosting ends.
